To ensure the published content is preserved for a long time and can be easily accessible across the globe EJBM use the following archiving and digital preservation strategies;

Online Journal Systems (OJS) Backup

EJBM uses the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform for journal management and publication. All the journal contents (manuscripts, articles and associated metadata) are securely stored within the OJS databases. The journal IT team regularly back up on both local and remote servers.

Digital Preservation through PKP Preservation Network

EJBM uses PKP preservation network which offers free preservations services for OJS journals. This ensures long-term access to published content in the event of system failure or loss of website functionality

Local and Institutional Backups

The IT team of Eminent Corporate Academy regularly backups all journal content and store in secure institutional repositories to prevent unexpected data loss that may be caused by technical failures or any cyber incidents.

Metadata Indexing

Eminent Corporate Academy is a member of Crossref with a DOI prefix 10.70582. All EJBM published articles are assigned DOIs.

Through these measures, EJBM upholds its commitment to ensuring preservation of the scholarly works and providing perpetual access to all its published content for current and future generations of researchers.
