REVIEW POLICY & PROCESS
- Each manuscript submitted undergoes a rigorous peer review process from a minimum of two reviewers with expertise in a submitted research topic.
- The journal uses double-anonymous peer review through which both authors and reviewers are anonymous to each other.
- The process starts with members of the editorial board, who assess whether a submitted paper is within the journal scope and has been written by following the stipulated guidelines including not having more than 20% similarity index as measured by Turnitin plagiarism checker software.
- Qualified papers are then submitted to a minimum of two reviewers who are experts in a particular researched topic.
- The reviewers are required to carefully read the manuscript and come up with relevant critical and constructive comments.
- Reviewers’ suggestions on whether to accept or decline a manuscript for publication shall be accompanied with reasons which are sent to the chief editor.
- In case there are contradictory comments among the reviewers on whether to accept or reject the manuscript, the decision of the chief editor shall be final.
- The decision on whether to accept or reject the paper is sent back to the respective author(s).
- If a manuscript is rejected it cannot be re-submitted.
- Accepted manuscripts may be subject to revisions before being published.
- Papers will only be published when all the revisions have been done satisfactorily.
